Beyond Learning

Beyond Learning works with businesses on the people side: management and leadership development, coaching, employee engagement, recruitment assessment and team development. Anna Masheter has worked with over a thousand managers across nineteen years.

Its open programme, Management Essentials, runs over three in-person training days about two weeks apart, opens with a management competencies self-assessment and closes with a one-to-one action planning session for every delegate. It is deliberately practical: goal setting, one-to-ones, feedback, delegation and performance conversations rather than leadership theory.
